All vehicles parked or stored on residential property must be upon a paved surface. Rock or gravel is not recognized as a paved surface. Parking on side-yards or lawn areas is strictly prohibited. All vehicles parked in public view (including adjacent residential properties) must be operable. The California Vehicle Code prohibits parking a vehicle in the driveway in a manner, which blocks a sidewalk.
Of course we see Commercial Property is not Inspected or Held to the Same Standards.
