If she has a BROKER's license, the state of CA would list it as shown on their site.
Since she does not seem to, if she has only a sales license, she has to hang her license with a broker. That creates a fiducicuary relationship subject to ethics & real estate license rules-- not that most at the city of GT cared anything about that.

Nice how everyone blames the city attorney. Legal is one thing, ethical/honest is another.

Wonder if the investigation will subpoena her income records and where her and Terra Loma Payments came from?

They should audit back to the payments to Carlstrom on the purchases of GT land.

So many things slithering out from under the records now, without the "guardian" there.
