The Council Agenda and Staff Reports contain interesting information regarding the Plan to Extend the RDA. There are several disclaimers that are interesting. One essentially says that there is no guarantee that the spending of RDA funds will result in the intended increase in revenue. There is NO plan presented for what the City would be able to fund if it cut back to its Non RDA Status and Revenue. Included in the packet is a list of all homes that have not paid their Trash Bills, YET the individual bills for Weed Abatement are not so supplied. Who's weeds are we cleaning up. Are these people, banks being billed? Included in the packet is a revised ordinance to Reinstate the RDA. |
