The Grand Terrace / Barton Road Plan has a meeting TUESDAY.
Here it comes. The City is planning to spend money on fancy side walks on Barton Road. These sidewalks and plantings will require more labor to maintain. This while neighborhoods have no sidewalks and children do not have safe sidewalks to walk to school. This while pot holes and roads are neglected. WHY THIS FIRST... well because the people the city hired to do the Plan do not work for the Citizens of Grand Terrace. Here is the list of their Private Clients.
