Where is the Revised OAC Plan? What are the results of all those phone polls being made? Who is paying for polls? Why aren't the voices at the meetings heard as being representative of the Public View... Perhaps the Council agrees with the idea that they and the City Manager, and his staff represent a source of intimidation or reprisals should a person come to a meeting let alone speak their opinion. Could that possibly be?
The Meeting Planned and on the City calendar, and Published in the Blue Mt. Outlook, apparently did not happen. How about letting the public know in advance that a meeting is not going to be held, or is the lack of public notification a message that you all don't want the public in attendance at your meetings?
