Is this Block at the Decision of the City Manager or all the City Council Members Individualy?
Regardless it is strange considering the suggestion they want to know what folks are thinking or concerned about. Shouldn't they hear all voices?
By the way, the City has not been bothered with "Spam" from this site. Some folks in the employ of the city acutally use their private email to contact the Blog and share information. So what is the function of the Blog Block, Is it so they can say they didn't know???
