Brought to Light the Library being promised by Doug Jacobsen in his Town Center Plan... was not a City Owned Facility, and the County had no plans for a larger space or the budget for it.

Brought to Light that the Town Center as planned would bring Day Labor Workers and other problems to the City.

Other changes in the city include a Better City Web Page, that provides more information.. This still can be better.

Most important is that the VOTERS of GRAND TERRACE are better informed and now have
