We got to pay for their new building and exercise room.

YEP... no need to hold some funds in reserve, or perhaps invest in Solar PV's so Pumping water isn't dependent on SEC Electricity... NO Needed to Invest in a New Building with Private Gym for Employees, the Staff, and Board Members and their families...
