Best Use of Park Funds?

Park Development Funds could be better used and have a higher community impact if they were spent on Developing a Photo Voltaic Light System for the Parks. IF the City would generate its own power it could light the park and even have extra power for Night Practice and Games if it would use the Money for "Development" and apply for matching funds for the system.

The Pocket Park should be done by 4H or perhaps the Middle School, or even the FFA... the price is out of whack with the needs of the community.
