GT Library Plans by San Bernardino County

There is a current plan to build a larger Library by 2009 in Grand Terrace. This Plan is on http://www.sbcounty.gov/library/facilities/main.htm page 199 of the report. They have a budget of over 1,200,000 and it contains an itemized plan for the budget. Paying a Lease is not part of the plan.

Now if smart heads could get together and build the Public Library on or near the High School... along with a Music conservatory or outdoor band stand for unamplified music, resources could complement each others and not be squandered.
