He Asked for the documentation of the Payment of the Commission to Gene Carlstrome for the Purchase of the Dotson Property purchased by the City Redevelopment Agency at a premium price, with the justification that the OAC zoning required the CRA to purchase the property because zoning limitations and planning limited the owners ability to sell the property so seriously prior buyers could not close escrow.

This land deal, sniffs,,, it is a family friend, relative of Mayor Ferre's Campaign Manager, and the home where City Manager Tom Schwab lived at the onset of the Marriage Problems which ended in the Divorce, and his being given a HOUSE by the City... THIS BALL of yarn and no paper work showing the payment of the commission on the check ledger why?

Why has there not been a record provided showing the Sale of the City Car, and receipt of Payment and Deposit by the City for the Crown Victoria sold to Assistant City Manager Steve Berry.... Or at least that is the STORY we have been told without having been provided paperwork to support that STORY.

WHO is the City Paying with the backroom closed door meetings?

Gene Carlstrom: is the Employeer of a Council Member.... , a Campaign Supporter/former Campaign Manager for the New Mayor and they were party and part of the Deal Negotiations, along with City Manager Tom Schwab.
