Court Case UPDATE

It appears that the City is Dragging their feet on paying Johnson for the OAC case.

It appears that the City is not going to file a Revised EIR for the BMSV Project rather they are Appealing the Case to the District Court of Appeals. There is no mention of a filing of a REVISED EIR.
It appears that the City Attorney Harper is now Representing CFBH and the City in the APPEAL and the CITY IS PAYING.

It appears that the ESSCO case is moving forward in January, and that "Negotiations" is not taking hold.
