Flu shots protect you, your family, and others from the flu. A new flu shot is recommended for everyone, every fall. Flu shots are especially recommended for:

People 50 years and older
Pregnant women
Children 6 months to 18 years
People with any chronic medical conditions
Health care workers
People in long-term health care facilities
Caregivers of children 6 months and younger or other high risk individuals.

The cost of the flu shot is $10.00.

NOTE: H1N1 vaccines will not be available at the seasonal flu clinics. Visit www.sbcounty.gov/dph for further updates.
