TONIGHT IS ON TAPE FOR THE RECORD

The Planning Commission Meeting tonight regarding the General Plan will be recorded on tape. Please speak clearly and have your comments in written form so they can be added to the official record. It has been noted in the past that the Minutes of the Planning Commission do not include all aspects of a persons comments. Having a tape of the event is crucial to being sure your concerns could be raised in a Court of Law at a future date. Duplicate copies should be ordered for safe keeping.
