Partial Solution for Traffic on Barton at GT Elm School

How about making the short strip of Vivienda Ave in front of the GT Elm a one way street going South. This would at least eliminate left hand turns onto Vivienda which is never a good idea. Vivienda could then be a on demand light with No Pedestrian Crossing. Pedestrians should have to go to Michigan and Barton to Cross. Side walks and lights and signage should be required along the entire development prior to construction starting. Jacobsen wanted the "WHOLE PIZZA" and now he has heart burn. The other option for Mr. Jacobsen is No Deal. That is right end the exclusive deal the RDA has made with him.
