From the Email InBox: Remember the Reserve... !!!

Dear Gramps:

The emails posted below from our citizens all have very good points. I might add that they have all neglected to take into consideration we have a $5,000,000 reserve so many of the costs the City Staff and Council feel they need to add new taxes for we have already paid.
