That is the title of a 14 page document that was sent to our paper about concerns of AES Highgrove LLC’s plan to build a 300-megawatt power plant on the location where the old “Steam Plant” used to be on the north side of Main Street. ........

Funny that the News Paper was provided 14 pages of information and could only publish the above, yet they will publish so much on the statements of Virginia Harford. Or the article on Recycling which although important not the most pressing or time sensitive issue facing Highgrove and Grand Terrace.

Also notice that Bobby Forbs works for Terra Loma Real Estate, and they were going to give her the sale of a property without going out to bid or so the Staff Recommended. Shouldn’t the Citizens be Better Served by City Staff?
