A mention of this below EIR was made at Planning comission meeting of 5th. Lasted only 20 seconds, but mentioned the draft (new) EIR was in the mandatory 45 day review process. Could not be discussed, and doubtful will be on agenda for next meeting in two weeks. Maybe not at all in April.
