Senior housing report available for review
Residents and other interested parties can review the draft environmental impact report for a proposed 120-unit senior housing project on Grand Terrace Road between Mount Vernon Avenue and Vista Grande Way.
The two-story Blue Mountain Senior Villas includes a roughly 7,000-square-foot senior center and a 2.6-acre park.
The environmental document discusses the project's potential impacts to aesthetics, air quality, land use, noise and other issues.
