City of Grand Terrace: Encourages the use of Fireworks by Allowing and Encouraging the Sale and Use of Fireworks in the City of Grand Terrace.

Isn't there some one at Homeland Security that could OVER RIDE the City Council's Folly?
Isn't there some Way the Govenator could declare a State of Emergency and Ban all but Professional Firework Shows?

Write every government agency and elected official. Please stop the use of Fireworks by the non professionals.

It is the state, and county that will pay for the cost of fighting a fireworks fire in Grand Terrace.
