Fresh & Easy could occupy the spot after Stater Bros. moves to a new location a short distance away. Stater Bros. is set to become an anchor tenant for a new shopping center at Barton Road and Michigan Avenue. Fresh & Easy plans to open 48 stores in the Inland Empire in the next few years.
