Redevelopment foe to speak at meeting Orange County Supervisor Chris Norby, a major opponent of redevelopment, will address the Riverside Grassroots Redevelopment Abolitionists from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Saturday at Antone's Italian Foods, 6487 Brockton Ave., Riverside

The public is invited and parking and admission are free.
