Example: Not Putting Requested Items on Agenda
Example: Limiting Public Comment to 3 Minutes
Example: Special Presentations, Developers, and Councel Members are Not Time Limited
Example: Change to Early Start Time and Tuesdays Limits Participation of Commuter Citizens
Example: Minimal Release of Information and Detail to the Public
Example: Not Posting Agenda and Minutes of Planning Commision
Example: Closed Meetings when not Absolutely REQUIRED
Example: Not Putting Citizen Questions on the Next AGENDA... or MINUTES
Example: NOT BEING TRUTHFUL about DEBT Funding the RDA and City Liability related.

Example: Rasing money for a 1 day Event, GT Days and not spending the same level of effort for Youth Programs that operate year round.
