Gramps:

The house closes to the new Miguel's being built was rented about a month ago.

The couple was told they would be able to stay probably a year, no less than 6 months.

They moved their belongings out of storage and moved in and was all settled.

This Sunday they were given a 3 day notice to move from Sarah. She works for Jacobsen and Lee and Assoc.

At this time these people have no where to live.

Is this the good relations that we are to expect from Doug Jacobsen and Lee and Associates, and Sarah their friendly agent?

Be warned that if you deal with these people what comes out of their mouth is not what happens, get it all in writing, or you may get 3 days notice or other half baked deals.
