ALSO RELATED to Blue Mt. Senior Villas, The City is Appealing the Case Judge Wade Ruled that they needed an EIR and a Traffic Impact Study, with the “OLD Design”. Why are they stuck on spending money to “Defend” a Dead Plan? IS this in the BEST INTEREST of the Citizens and the Seniors? Note the date the papers moved, indicate that the City has NOT Dropped the Appeal. It also indicates that the City and CFBH does not think it could comply to the satisfaction of Judge Wade's Order. Why when they think or say it is no big deal they still fight compliance with Judge Wade's Requirements is something the people should know. If you get a ticket for a tail light being out. Do you fix the tail light or fight the ticket? Or is there something more wrong with the car, that you have to spend a lot of money defending your right to drive without a tail light?
