Jacobsen/Schwab's Town Center has New "Plans", posted on line to attract businesses.
Indications are that there are the following areas of concern to still be watched.
Proliferation of Fast Food in area of Elementary School. When the Elementary School may need to expand eastward due to Freeway improvements. Traffic impact on School Safety due to "Drive Thru" traffic adjacent to School's Traditional Transportation Stops.
Note that the two plans being advertised are not the same rendition of the Town Center.
Note it seems that from the plans and images that the Set back requirement in the General Plan and the Barton Road Specific Plan are in conflict.
