GRAND TERRACE: The CHP shut down part of the 215 Freeway after a vehicle overturned and the driver became pinned under the steering wheel. A Sig Alert was issued at 5:08 a.m. and officers closed two lanes of the southbound 215 at the Newport Avenue overcrossing. The Sig Alert was canceled at 6:33 a.m.
