Lilburn and Garcia appointed to CTSA Board

Omnitrans Board Chair and Mayor of Highland Penny Lilburn (right) and Board Member and Grand Terrace Council Member Lee Ann Garcia were tapped to represent Omnitrans on the new Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (CTSA). This entity will be responsible for the coordination of transit services, both public and private, provided to seniors and persons with disabilities in the San Bernardino Valley. The 7-member CTSA Board will include the two appointed by Omnitrans, three by SANBAG, and two by the County of San Bernardino.
