High Fire Risk Every Day, Higher When The Wind Blows

Folks, let's remember that some of our worst fires happen around the Holidays of Thanks Giving Day and Christmas and New Years. We dry out to fire fuel between light rains that we get this time of year. When the wind blows we need to not be mowing our lawns, or welding unless we have ready access to putting out sparks.

Keep safe out there and see what help you can be if there is a fire related emergency, in the County or Grand Terrace.

Stay Safe, Play Safe, and if Deep Frying a Turkey, Cook Safe.

Enjoy this time with family, friends and your community.
