From the Email Inbox: Water Board or Free Personal Office Space

The new Water Co. building will have offices for the board, a board room and a work out room for the employees, a kitchen. I don't get this or maybe I do. The water co. has been in one place for a hundred years. They have two or three office employees, the rest are in the field. There is no sq. footage on the plans but why would two or three office employees need such a big looking place. This looks like the water board using the money to build themselves offices which they never needed before that I know of.

This is a good point. Even after the initial expence of the building. The water company's operational expences will increase, to run this building. SO it is reasonable to expect this will cost the Share Holders increased water rates and bills.

What is the Financial Plan Behind this. We Share Holders should have been notified about this.. long before it got to this stage.
