Cynthia Bidney, 12219 Pascal Avenue, expressed her concern with hiring outside individuals to do programs. She feels that the organizations within the City can do the events themselves.

Cynthia Bidney, 12219 Pascal Avenue, expressed her concern with hiring outside companies to put on events. She feels that the sports organizations and clubs within the City could use the opportunity to raise monies to support children in Grand Terrace.

This change may seem to be a small difference, however, the point has to be made, the minutes are the final record of a meeting, and they need to represent the actual statements, and be accurate. Minutes are not a transcript, however, they should reflect what was said.
