Marc Anthony Colon Priors

Marc Anthony Colon had a Prior Arrest in 2002 for what was plead down to Domestic Violence. The original charge was much more serious.

He was given a short 180 days, and Probation. He violated the probation several times.

It appears that he was eventually sent to Chino State Prison For Men and was released 1/03/2006 to serve out his time. He was released and within a weeks time had committed his next alleged crime. This time ending in a Death of a Child. Colon was also accused of skipping town after being paroled in November after serving a two-year sentence for PC273a. (a) Any person who, under circumstances or conditions likelyto produce great bodily harm or death, willfully causes or permitsany child to suffer, or inflicts thereon unjustifiable physical painor mental suffering, or having the care or custody of any child,willfully causes or permits the person or health of that child to beinjured, or willfully causes or permits that child to be placed in asituation where his or her person or health is endangered, shall bepunished by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year, orin the state prison for two, four, or six years.
