Council and Staff NOW HEAR THIS

You need to speak into a microphone to be heard in the Council Meetings. You can't be heard in person, or on the TV Broadcast. Is there a reason or mental deficiency that you collectively have for not being absolutely sure you can be heard, understood or put on the public record?

Perhaps Radio Shack will donate different microphones in exchange for an advertisement on the Council Podium. Let the citizens know what you are saying, and who is saying it.

In addition, Post all documents in the notebook each council member gets with the agenda, these documents are the detail to the shorthand references listed on the agenda. The agenda is not sufficiently descriptive for citizens to be adequately notified in regards to the items being discussed.
