Grand Terrace Partners LLC, OAC feasibility study is due soon. Isn't it interesting that after the property owners, and adjacent businesses have all been put through the mill, now there is question about the feasibility of the project?

Who are the Grand Terrace Partners LLC?

500 jobs on such a large piece of land is better than 0 but how many other options were studied, or refused by the city? Is there not something that would create jobs and be environmentally friendly? Noise is a major environmental pollution in this city do we really need to add more. Should we be encouraging folks to purchase more environment trashing vehicles?

Yes it costs money to run a city. Perhaps we need to look at the actual expenditures of the city, compared to its budget figures. Perhaps the City Manager should take a pay cut.

Has the city ever considered that slowing traffic on Mt. Vernon and Barton Rd, would decrease those roads from being used as freeway bypasses. Those cars driving through town don't add to the revenue of the city, just the cost of maintaining the roads.
