The above Message was Retyped so that it is easy to read... The Content is the same as the one Readers sent and said they receive via the mail. No one knows if EVERY one in GT was a recipient or just those who raised concerns in the past.
WE DO know that the City Manager said last night that the City is paying in part for a revised EIR which Judge Wade Required as part of his judgment. However we also know his decision is being appealed. SO Citizens, with concerns your attendance is required at yet another meeting as You MUST restate your concerns at this meeting or the City and CFBH may say the public is satisfied and therefore the EIR should be accepted. THE PUBLIC is not who has to be satisfied. At this point I think it is JUDGE WADE who has to be satisfied that the Environmental Problems are addressed in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Laws, in addition to Public Input. Citizens bring your list of concerns, read them into the record and ask for a notarized copy of their receipt and keep a copy.
But that is just me...
