City of Grand Terrace Web Site Down...

Let Us Hope the City Web Site Revisions are underway.

Included in those revisions it is hopped that the Council Member's Documents are available on line to the interested reader. It is hopped that the Check Register and Vouchers are Provided to the Public Review. It is hopped that all Contracts for Services are Posted on the Web Site, and so forth.

We don't need to see pictures of this park or flower, we would like to see a disclosure of facts, not just budgets, but actuals. Including such things as How much and from whom did the money come from to pay for GT Days... Let the Citizens decide on if it is a conflict of interest or not, or if the funds could be spent in a better way, perhaps funding the Youth Sports Teams instead of the promotion of Firework Sales, and use. A 4th of July Party that would celebrate the Sports Teams, and the 4th and raise additional funds... BUT, no Sale of Fireworks and use in the city except at a controlled site at a PUBLIC PARK... where by its nature would be a SOBER EVENT.
