Bea Cortes & Steve Berry orchestrated the media coverage of Jim Miller's arrest and booking. Nearly 100 news papers and publications ran the story about the Felony Charges he for which he was arrested. Only 6 have covered the final outcome of the case. Miller agreed all along to pay back the money to the city, and that it was a whoops like a misdemeanor not a Felony once he got some decent legal advise from other than the city's attorney.
