Arrested in April in Highland for a robbery, it took until August for the Sheriff's Department to forward the Grand Terrace cases to the DA's Office. Remember he was caught on video camera.
A Lancaster man, a Derik Garcia, 29 was arrested by sheriff's investigators in connection with three armed robberies of Smart Tyme Liquor Store in Grand Terrace.
Garcia was arrested in Highland a robbery there in April.
