From Email InBox: Flu is Still Out There:

Folks the Flu Bug is still out there. Please, care for one another. If you are sick, minimize your exposure to others. Everyone handwashing is the best prevention for all forms of illness.

If you are old or suffering longer than normal, you may need medication. See a doctor... for our elderly, and very young Flu can be deadly. Flu can go into the lungs and have other complications.

Wash your hands, wash your hands, wash your hands... clean up the phone recievers, and if you are working in the yard, a dust mask will help protect your lungs.

If you know a sick person, offer them assistance with errands, shopping, going to the post office just these simple tasks may be zapping their energy and not let them get better. You may even consider limiting that contact by doing cooking in your home and deliver the food to them in serving size containers for the microwave. Chicken soup can't hurt.
