Design, and Miguel's:
Much has been made by the City Manager about the case now pending regarding Miguel's and Jacobsen's going ahead with grading and construction as being without merit. Judge Wade will judge the merit. However, here are some drawings to add to the public awareness on the issue.
Note: Driveway entering the Parking Lot is not on Miguel's Property. Restaurant with no Driveway. Trash Container/Walled Visible From Street, Stucco Wall Treatment. Specific landscape design not in clear conformity with plan as it seems to be level with the street and not a berm as per the Barton Road Specific Plan Calls Out.
