Appointment of Gene E Hays FINISHED

Gene E Hays is now a sworn in member of the Grand Terrace City Council and Member of the Grand Terrace City Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors.

We look forward to his input on the Council, and to the Blog. Many readers have been asking questions about him and his background. In time we'll get to know his abilities as a Council Member.

During the Appointment Process he got to see first hand what it will be like working with the other members of the Council.
