In addition Jacobsen and Staters have also gotten sufficient help from Grand Terrace Tax Payers and State Tax Payers and Federal Tax Payers for their Development. This park is a bad idea all around and the neighbors don't want it in addition.

This is simply a way that The Planning and Economic Development Department is trying to please a Developer. It has zero to do with the desires of the neighborhood or community. Try a park near Terra Loma if you want to serve an under-served portion of our community. Oh that's right Jacobsen doesn't own property on that side of Grand Terrace he wants to off load along with his responcibility to build housing elements he disposed of in GT.
