Essco has a plan infront of Planning. This also is in the area of the Out Door Adventure Center, or what ever it is going to be called. There is a Law Suit is Still Pending on that area. Esso also has been allowed to partician a portion of a public Road for their outdoor storage yard. One wonders how much rent the Citizens are being paid for the extended road use. You can't park your car on a public road for longer than 3 days yet Essco may park a transformer for weeks.
