I would think that "IF" One worked as a Real Estate Sales Person, they would not be a member of the same community's City Council/Redevelopment Agency/ or Planning commission, or recent Member of these Organizations lest there be reasonable cause of suspicion, when these individuals have directly been involved in making decisions, that have benefited Terra Loma as a Firm, and the Real Estate Brokers in GT in General?... Can this be a "Conflict of Interest"?IF one were wanting to avoid even the appearance of a conflict of interest there would be no local Officials working for Local Real Estate Offices, or Developers. Just a thought.
