Resolution of the City of Grand Terrace Approving Tentative Tract Map No. 05-03 (TTM 17766) for a 35 Single Family Residential Condominium Development in the City of Grand Terrace

A. Circulation Prioritization Study Findings and Recommendations
This is availabe upon request. In summary, Stop Lights on Canal, Mt.Vernon, GTROAD, Make Michigan A Major Road, Stop Lights on all most all intersections on Barton Road and MT Vernon. NOT one suggestion to lower the speed limit. Not one recollection of the Danger of having a light at Canal/Mt Vernon/GTRoad. People rushing to yellow will be wacking pedestrians, and cars entering traffic from Grand Terrace Rd.
