Will they be used for roads, streets or stop lights?

Or just more perks for city personel, employees or council.
Free health care anyone? Reduced price house anyone,
Reduced price "silent second" on remodeled house anyone?

How about reduced land prices for "favored" developers!?!
How about no-bid contracts for inside/closed door negotiations?

Let's see the real city financial figures, not just pie charts.
We're adults, we can read numbers!!
