Resident's calls will be answered on the 4th from 7 p.m to 12 midnight
FIREWORKS CAN BE USED IN THE CITY FOR 4 DAYS NOT 5 HOURS
WHAT ARE THEY THINKING?

The Tip Line was established for residents to call in on the 4th when they suspect illegal fireworks are being used in the city. The dispatcher at city hall will coordinate with the deputies on duty. "We want our residents to get a live person during key fireworks discharging times," said Council Member Lee Ann Garcia.

Construction to Begin

Construction will begin on the San Bernardino 48 Inch Water Pipeline Relocation Project on the week of June 12th and continue through August. The project involves the construction of approximately 4,900 linear feet of 48 inch diameter steel pipeline and appurtenances. The project is located in the City of Grand Terrace west of Michigan St., within the Taylor St. right of way and public utility easements, a City of Riverside utility easement, and Union Pacific Property. Some roadways in the construction area will be closed to through traffic. Taylor St., starting at Main St., will be closed, Pico St., west of Michigan St., and De Berry St., west of Michigan St., will also be closed. Residents on these streets will be allowed to use the roads for access.
