If you read the article, it is odd that the Manager of the Property is quoted nearly at the end of the article, and the mean speak was featured first.

I hope that competition with Staters goes in to their old store. Perhaps a Cardenas Market, or a Clarks Nutritional Center, Or Perhaps a Youth Center... perhaps the city would like another Library?
