Above is a case pending against the OAC, and the City's Process in Approving the "Original Plans" not to mention the "Revised Plans" which no one has seen. Note, NONE of the Issues Raised in the Suit have been resolved or addressed Publicly, they Pretend All is Well with the OAC.
