THE CITY SHOULD PUT IT ON THE WEB. Untill then EACH WORD AND PUNCTUATION MARK SHOULD BE OBJECTED TO. Apparently there is a copy available in the Library for your reading convience.

REMEMBER THE RULES, IF YOU DON'T SPEAK AGAINST THE PLAN OR TAKE ISSUE WITH AN ITEM ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA, YOU LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO COURT ACTION, AND THE COUNCIL CAN JUST WAIVE YOUR CONCERNS OFF, AND THERE IS NO RECOURSE.

IT TO SHOULD BE OBJECTED TO IN FULL DUE TO A LACK OF DISCLOSURE OF THE ENTIRE FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENT WITH THE CITY AND THE DEVELOPER, AND THERE IS NOT AN ELEVATION DRAWING PUBLISHED On the WEB, AND THERE IS NO PLAN TO PROVIDE EQUAL SERVICES TO THE OTHER MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY AND IT IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA STATE LAW.

THERE WAS NO COMPETITION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT. TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE IMPORTANT TO THIS CITY FINANCIAL OBLIGATION AND THE EXPENDITURE OF CRA FUNDS TO BE PAID BY YOUR TAX MONEY. This lacks Ethics on many levels.
